- Drag-and-drop reordering of tracks within a playlist
Playlist Section (Application → Playlist)
- View all playlists with track count, date created, and date modified
- See at a glance whether a playlist is linked to a pitch
- Play, edit, and duplicate playlists directly from this view
Filtering & Searching Playlists
- Filter by playlist name, pitch name, audio file name, or track name

Master Track Filter Section
- New filter: Signed/Registered status — toggle Yes / No / Both
- New filter: Audio File Attached — toggle Yes / No / Both
- New Playlist dropdown filter — select a playlist to view only tracks on that playlist
- New clickable icons/links on the track list (e.g., genre, pitch status) — hovering shows an underline; clicking auto-applies that filter (e.g., click "Blues" genre icon → filters entire inventory to Blues)
- Pitch status icon links directly to the associated pitch details
Tools & Settings → Track List Settings
- Two new optional columns for the Master Track List: "Playlisted" status and "Pitched" status
Audio Playback (App-wide)
- Pressing Play now displays a waveform for the track
- Click anywhere on the waveform to jump directly to that section of the audio
- This applies everywhere an audio track appears in the app — track edit view, playlists, pitching, etc.
File Section
- New search dropdown: search files by Track Title or by Audio File name independently (useful when an audio file's name doesn't match its track title)
- New Playlist dropdown filter for files
- New Pitch dropdown filter for files
- Ability to download only the filtered results via a dedicated button
Visual/UI Update
- Overall visual refresh across the track list and app — tracks now display with more visual separation/pop, intentionally designed for better clarity when viewing multiple items at once
Application Tools & Settings
- New Marketing Email opt-in toggle — off by default; must be manually enabled to receive occasional marketing emails
- Clarified: essential communications (maintenance/downtime notices, product updates) are sent regardless of this toggle — it only controls marketing content
User Profile
- New Pitching Platform image fields:
- Composer image
- Brand logo
- Artist image (separate from composer image, for pitching as an artist rather than composer)
- Images added via drag-and-drop
- Built-in zoom, crop, and rotate tools before saving

- New User Profile section added to Applications. This stores all your contact information. Some of these fields are used to write into the audio file (name, email, phone and website).
- New Metadata Embedding section added to Applications. This section allows you to configure if you want the metadata to be written when you download an audio file and also gives you the ability to select what fields you want to write to the file.
- Confirmation box added to download audio buttons. On downloading an audio file, a popup will appear, reminding you that the embedding feature is either turned off or on. You have the option to check/uncheck the box as needed.

- Artist field added to the Relationships section.
- New Application section created. This section now includes all configurations, settings, and backups.
- New file format introduced: CMPCAT. This format is used for the new “Application Export” feature found in the Applications section.
- Track Export screen updated. You can now export tracks as CSV, XLSX, or the new CMPCAT format. I recommend using CMPCAT whenever possible — it preserves linked documents and audio files, and CMPCAT imports also include contact information for writers, musicians, and publishers. (CSV imports do not include linked files.)
- CMPCAT file export added — great for co‑writers!
- Improved import validation engine. It now detects duplicates more accurately, shows exactly what is duplicated, and gives you the option to merge, add as new, or skip the duplicate.
- Enhanced CSV import validation. The system now provides more detailed feedback to help you format your data correctly. A new CSV template and formatting guide have also been added.
- Darkened form-entry text for improved readability.
- Miscellaneous bug fixes.

Added the ability to attach documents directly to publishers, musicians, and writers in the Relationships section on the left‑hand navigation bar. This is perfect for storing contracts, work‑for‑hire agreements, or publisher submission requirements. Click directly on any publisher, writer, or musician, and a window will open showing their documents and the tracks those documents are linked to. To learn more about it watch the video announcement |
